Easter. Maybe I am not supposed to speak of religion. Plain and simple this is the most significant Christian Holiday; the resurrection of Christ. A return to life. As we look around us in this glorious area we see the return to life in nature. The gorgeous sunrise, the birds are singing, the butterflies are dancing, the pastures are greening, and thei farmers and gardeners are returning to their fields. Hard work that demands a passion and a desire to create and share the fruits of their labor.
When I read i jot down quotes that mean something to me and I would like to share.."It's time to stop the glorification of busy. What if we use FOOD as a daily reminder to take a breath, be fully present and express some gratitude. Cook. Set a table. Toast a glass or Say a Prayer." I say amen. Happy Easter.
