I am now a food snob. What a journey. I was raised in a home where eating out really was reserved for very special events..No fast food in our house Then you get your drivers license and a job and you are so cool crusing through those drive-ins. There was a struggle. Too much food in= too much. Up and down. In control. Out of control. And then you get it. So finding good, clean food when you go out is such a challenge. The idea of having someone cook for you and present you with a meal should be magic. Should is key. Today. Vegetable brown rice soup. Can you say V-8, corn, frozen vegetables in a styrofoam cup?
Too much information. Start simple. Grab some greens at the store and some farm fresh eggs-poach those eggs, soft boil them, or "fry". Could not be simpler or healthier.
