Creamy Fruit Pie

Wondering what to do with all those luscious blueberries we're enjoying? Try this sure-fire easy pie recipe that will have them asking for more, more, more!
1 deep dish pie shell
3 cups of fruit (any type of fresh or frozen fruit works)
Evenly place fruit in pie shell
Mix the following together:
  • 1 cup of sugar 
  • 1/3 cup of flour 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
Pour mixture over fruit
Streusel topping: 
  • 1/2 cup flour 
  • 1/2 cup sugar 
  • 1/2 stick of butter
Cut butter into flour and sugar until well blended, sprnkle topping over pie
Bake at 350 for 55 - 60 minutes
** for apple pie add 1/2 tsp vanilla and 3/4 tsp cinnamon to filling mixture; use brown sugar instead of sugar in streusel topping.
